Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Time Frame: You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@gods-favorite.com.
- Process: Follow the same process as returns to initiate an exchange.
Shipping
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
